Knight wolverine sight problem using heavy bullets

I have a knight wolverine and would like to shoot 348gr. powerbelts out to 100yrds. At 50yrds. i am out of rear ramp travel but hitting close to bullseye. Is there a lower front sight available or can i shim the rear and how do I go about it. I am just wanting to shoot the heavier bullets out of my gun for elk hunting. Thanks
