Knight Muzzleloader Forum

Has anyone tried shooting and hunting with the no excuses conicals? I have a revolution the loves the hornady great plains 385's with 100grs. of 777. For some reason i cannot get very good results from saboted bullets. I live in Utah were we can only hunt with open sights or a 1x scope.

NoExcuses or Bullshop 440gr conicals are usually good shooters in the Knights and other 1-28 twist 50cals. They are excellent hunting bullets too.
