load for the Littlehorn

I just bought a Littlehorn for my girlfriend and was wondering if anyone knew what the optimum powder load would be for this? I use 150gr of American Pioneer Powder in my Knight Vision... would 100gr of this powder be too much for this small rifle? :?: :?:

Since noone else will bite, I will. The best thing with any muzzleloader is to start at 90 grains and see what happens. You can likely shoot up to 150 grains in it safely but given that its theoretically for a smaller person, its prolly best to find a load that would suit that person. You can go at least as low as 70 grains. 100 grains will certainly not be too much for any knight. More powder does not always equal more accuracy or lethality. Have fun with the new gun
