Ive shot barns 300gr socom .458 BT with 110gr to 125gr BH209 and CCI209m primer did will and the hornady 325gr FTX with 120gr did good over that its a mule :shock: to shoot

which sabot did you use with them? knight lists a silver.

The silver sabot is for the .458 bullets and the maroon sabot is for .475 bullets

No they are proprietory to Knight. MMP makes them.

Maroon(Magenta)...is for the .475 cal bullets
Grey....is for the .458 cal

Thanks Yote - I blew that one as you are correct - maroon-.475 and silver .458

thanks guys......i ordered a few different bullets and the silver sabots.

if anyone else has a load for the .52 they like i would be interested in trying it!

I can share my elk hunting load.... .458-300 gr. Lehigh/Bloodline in the Knight sabot or a MMP Orange sabot (for a 50 cal gun). 120 grains of T7-2f or BH-209, there really is not much difference started by W209 primer... bad medicine!
