Looks like the bolt detent slid off the 'catch point'?? Or however one explains it. I've had that happen before. I used vice grips & padded protection in a vice to 'twist' it back into position. I used leather padded protection under the vice grips too.
It will twist back to the catch, takes some effort though. That's the best, short explanation I have.

It looks like that bolt takes the C tool to take the bolt apart just take the bolt apart and put it back where it goes in the catch point notch and your good to go. do you have the C tool
