I was sighting in a new 52 cal LRH started with 110 gr. BlackHorn 209 and 350 gr.Red Hot Bullet.Max out my elevation at 50 yards on a leupold ultimate slam 3x9x40 S.A.B.R.Should i use 120 gr or more.

I wouldn't go over 120 grns of B209, but I don't shoot a 52 cal. Just about all M-Ls recommend a max charge of 120 grns, or less. You could check the B209 website, see what they may have.

If you need more speed, how about some lighter bullets? I don't know the selection with the 52, a bit less than the common 50 & even the 45 I would say.

Ive shot slightly over 130gr of BH209 with 325gr FTXs and it shot fine. New Knights are actually rated for 150gr including BH209 in the DISC based models. Western says 120gr max just like Hodgdon says 100gr max for Triple7. The 52cal was made to shoot upto 150gr T7 with a 375gr bullet. That load likely creates more pressure than you will ever create with Blackhorn209 and a 350gr bullet.

I dont think that is going to help with your elevation problem though.
