I have a LRH .52 cal and I am having troubles getting it sighted in. I am using 375 grain bullets with 130 grains of loose triple 7 powder. Everytime that I think I've got it close it shoots a flyer. I shot it yesterday swabbing with a wet patch and then a dry patch between rounds. I am open to any advice or assistance, thanks.

I have the 52 cal LRH. I shot the 275gr Bloodlines with 105 grains of BH209 with federal primer and am very happy. The only thing u have 2 b carefull about with the LRH r the 2 attaching bolts. I have heard that some dont use the back 1 thru the trigger guard. For some reason, we had problems with the 777 in the LRH. When we put BH209 thru it, problem was gone. 777 is a great powder but just did not work in ours. As a matter of fact, we sent 1 back 2 Knight because it shot so bad. They sent it back and told us there was nothing wrong with this gun. They did tell us they cleaned it after each shot. We did not do that. Hope this helps. Its a great gun!!

Thanks for the feedback. I will try playing with the powder charge a bit. From what I've been told the load that I've been shooting is supposed to be a solid recipe for this rifle.

Not all gun are the same just do a little experamenting you will find the load it likes.and make sure you cool the barrel down. and load it the same way everytime you load it.
