Re: BH-209
FPJ plugs have a 1/8" flash channel vs the 5/32" in the bare primer plug. Keep a 1/8" drill bit handy for cleaning the flash channel and it will be fine. The combination of the smaller channel and FPJs leaking after ignition causes the channel to fill with carbon much faster than a bare primer plug.

Re: Round Two 1-20
Try a piece of clear thin tubing that fits the bolt opening. Drill a 1/4" or slightly smaller hole in the SIDE of the tubing near one end. Put the primer nose first into the hole you drilled. Now you should be able to put the primer in far enough for the rim of the primer to slide into the bolt face...

Re: Knight Disc 45 1-18 twist
The DISC Extreme 45 1-18 twist were only made in blue, laminate stock with a 28" bull barrel. They are extremely rare. Ive seen like NIB sell for more than double the price of a SUPER DISC.

Re: Confused about "conversion" kits for Disc Elite
Knight quit offering the Lehigh "type" bare 209 conversion. The one they offer now uses a entire bolt housing and a new breach plug. http://www.knightrifles.com/product/209-bare-primer-conversion-kit/ The true Lehigh plugs were the best. They were made from 17-4 stainless steel and had removable ven...
