BH209 powder don't absorb moisture like other powders it will last for a long time after opening. have you taking a drill bit and cleaned the flash channel in your breech plug .

GMB54-120 is wright do not clean your gun at all when your shooting BH209 and make sure you clean all the oil out of the barrel before you shoot it powder don't like oil. and the weight thing don't look wright when you say 95gr weighted don't what to see yourself blowup. look at one of the sabots af...

Before I load my gun for hunting or target shooting I clean all the oil out of the bore and the breech plug and threads us pipe tape on the breech plug this has worked will for me powder don't like oil. or you had it inside the house all night then you take it outside and it can get damp in the bore...

If its a 50 cal 1-28 twist and if 45 cal 1-30 twist if shooting BH209 its best to us bare primer plug kit.http://www.knightrifles.com/product/bar ... rsion-kit/ and a W209 primer or CCI209M or fed 209. W209 or the longest try them first.
