Re: no one on here
It appear so. The forum had the same "last new member" for ages so i wonder if they are preventing new registrations. One of the fastest ways to kill a forum is not have active mods who take care of spammers. Just look at how often the mods/admins have logged in. Last member joined Joined: January 3...

Re: Barrel twists
I have a Knight .45 cal elite with a 1:20 twist. What bullet weight, grains of powder will shoot the best. That is HIGHLY unlikely you have an Elite 1-20. Every Elite 45 that ive seen was a 1-30 and according to Knight all Elites were 1-30. 200gr SST. 195gr Barnes or 185gr Bloodline 90-120gr of Tri...

Re: Idaho hunter solid lead only
Hi everyone. I just ordered a Knight Mountaineer in 50 cal. Idaho requires us to use solid lead bullets and western ignition (#11 or musket cap). Any suggestions for mountaineer loads that have been successful for elk would be appreciated. :D :D :D Look up NoExcuses conicals. Loads from 70-90gr of ...

Re: Idaho hunter solid lead only
I shoot 80 grains of 777 loose powder and a 220 grain Dead Center Bullet. Incredible performance on deer. Shoot for the lungs and you will get incredible expansion with all bullet energy dissipated into the animal. I almost quit ML hunting until I found the dead centers from precision rifle. Good L...

Re: Knight Master Hunter
$25 to ship?....Wow thats steep for that amount of parts. Be prepared to replace your plug after 100 or so shots too. Those braised in vent liners wear fast when shooting BH209. For that amount of money you could have bought a Bestill bushing plug and a true Lehigh plug with the NFPJ adapter.

Re: Scope and Mounts
They should be the same as all the other Knight DISC type round receivers. Weaver 45 series aka Rem 541 spacing 2 piece mounts. Both Weaver and Warnes offer these in steel QR versions.

Re: Knight Master Hunter
Knight no longer offers the M900615V conversion kit. They only offer the kit with the bare primer bolt now.
