Any one shooting a 45 cal Mountaineer 1-20 twist red disc using BH-209 if so are you having ignition problems? and if you are what step did you take to eliminate the problem? Thanks Lou

What is the load your using in this rifle?

FPJ plugs have a 1/8" flash channel vs the 5/32" in the bare primer plug. Keep a 1/8" drill bit handy for cleaning the flash channel and it will be fine. The combination of the smaller channel and FPJs leaking after ignition causes the channel to fill with carbon much faster than a bare primer plug.
