45 cal loads
does anyone have a good load for a 45 cal inline using Blackhorn 209 (GRS) and bullet (WT)? I would like to use it for deer hunting in the future.

Re: 45 cal loads
If this is a 1-30 twist 185gr bloodline bullet with Harvest light blue sabot 120gr BH209 with CCI209M primers using bare primer breech plug and 0 blow back gave me 1/2 to 3/4 in groups in 30 deg weather.
Or 200gr sst with some above or 195 gr Barnes with same above there's more this should get you started. I would start at 90gr and work up 10gr at a time to get what's best then go up or down 5gr to fine tune to see what your gun likes. for sabots there's only three just buy them all and try. MMP tan and harvest light blue smooth side and there's one with crush rub light blue.
