Knight Muzzleloader Forum

I hope this topic is OK. My son's dad left him a Knight Rifle (50 caliber) and he wants to sell it. I know nothing about them and thought I would ask here for advice on determining what it might be worth and the best way to sell it. It hasn't been used since either fall 2008 or January/Feb 2009, since he passed in Feb 2009.

Any advice is appreciated.

It would be helpful to know which Knight rifle. Some are far more desired than others. DISC Extreme, DISC Elite, MK85, LK93 ect ect. What kind of stock composite or wood?

Thank you for replying. It's black and not wood, so I assume that means composite. It has a padded shoulder. Beyond that, I have no clue. There's no branding on it other than Knight Rifle.

If you look on the right side of the barrel by the sights what is stamped in the barrel. and does it have a bolt action. can you take a pic of the gun and post it.

That is a knight 50 cal original disc made around late 70 or 80 it takes the orange disc with shot shell 209 primers.

value around $225.00 to $325.00 value on condition of bore and gun.

Thoughts on how I could go about trying to sell it? Used gun store, individual? I'm so out of my element.
