Long time knight shooter here. I have a MK85, 2 original Wolverines, a Revolution, TK2000 and last year I got a Disc Extreme .52 cal.. I ordered the Stem breach plug with my 52 cal. My question is how does the stem breach do with Black horn 209 powder? I'm shooting the 300 grain Bloodline bullets and these things are hammers on whitetails. Last year with the Bloodline and 130 grains of FF I shot a doe at 265 yards and she just folded up. Thanks for any info you can give me. I'm wanting to switch to strictly BH because of cleanliness and burn rates.

The old PowerStem plug was not compatible with BH209. I assume the current PowerStem is the same.

Use the regular bare 209 primer conversion kit for best results with BH209.

I would order the bare primer if you are going to shoot Blackhorn 209
