The elite uses a speer plastic 38 special case loaded with a large rifle primer. You can also use a brass case but it needs to be trimmed down. If you can get your hands on an elite, buy it! They are hard to find but they are great shooters! I have 2, on in 50 cal and one in 54.

Found a Knight MK95 Magnum Elite needing TLC...but a great deal
It needs a breech plug. This one is pitted on bolt side
I'm so itching to shoot it!
Know anyone who has a breech plug to sell or a place to get one milled with mine as a sample?
