how often are you supposed to replace your breech plug

Just curious how often a person should replace their breech
plug on a muzzleloader and what are the signs of a bad breech plug?

Your groups will open up, are the primers will start to bluge are leak around the inside of the primer end. are you can get a touch cleaner to see what the flash hole size is and when it gets to around .034 are .035 replace.http://www.homedepot.com/buy/plumbing-t ... 17469.html
