The # 11 caps will work fine with T7 I would us the powder over the pellets. powder you can fine tune your loads better.

Try some evapo rust in the bore for like a day setup time to remove the rust. my have to do two times and then get some JB bore bright red label and work it with that and see what it looks like. use a tight patch and some oil with the JB and replace the patch after 20 passes witch is up and down is ...

Its the head spacing on the primer to bolt head is off if your going to us cci 209m primers you have to take washer and shim the breech plug for the spacing to be wright. this will stop your primer from sticking I do this on my knights. or you can just us w209.

Do you have the trigger with the two screws on the front of the trigger and one on the back.

Just that torch cleaner is not opening your flash channel. just clean flash channel when your at home with a drill bit help stop misfires. have you ever cleaned it with a drill bit.
