I just hold the rifle barrel up and slide the primer into the slot with the bolt flush with the rear of the action. I'm a 6'-4" fat man and I have no problem.

Problem there is none of those are true Knights. They are all heavily modified barrels and actions.

you dont touch the flash hole. It is pretty much self cleaning when it opens up after( ~200-? or so depending on load etc) its time to replace.
